Sharp notes of a bugle and a rattle of a drum startled me from unconsciousness as morning light broke through a dusty window. On reflex, I reached out for the alarm, my eyes still partly shut, but my hand grasped air where the night stand should have been. I cannot tell how long I ran, nor how far I have gotten since I left the clearing of the battery. All I knew is that I could still hear the sounds of struggle coming from its direction, and every other direction, it would seem. Thank you for showing interest in my work.

As you will find when looking at my Gallery, I specialize in digital character design and illustration in a futuristic or fantasy setting. I have been drawing ever since I could hold a pencil, and to this day, my love for the human figure can only be rivaled by my obsession with smooth, detailed lineart. Original design, expressive eyes and realistic postures are my focus and goal when working on a character concept, however, much thought goes into their outfit and color scheme as well. Usually, I prefer to work Adobe Photoshop or Painter, but I am familiar with Illustrator, Dreamweaver and InDesign as well.

Finished the Unfinished

Well well, procrastination is an affliction I am sure every artist that ever walked this earth is familiar with and I'm no different. There are always a few pieces here and there that are sitting on the back burner or remain half finished for so long that in time the half-finished-ness becomes something of a stylistic excuse. (Oh, yeah, well I didn't color that part because, well I was experimenting and the blankness symbolizes the blah of the blah and so on. I'm sure we've all done that before!)
